Progress: I lost 5kj but I’ve come to the conclusion that it is too hard in my life to eat fully healthy and clean and green so what works for me is eating whatever i want in moderation as long as i work out and fit in a bit of nutrition and a lot of water. May not be as healthy as i’d like but its working and i’m happy.
